NISKAYUNA — The Niskayuna Community Foundation will be marking its 25th anniversary with a day of service on Saturday that will see more than 100 volunteers take part in community service projects including planting trees at town parks and painting the headquarters of a Schenectady nonprofit.
The day of service will commence at 8:15 a.m. at Niskayuna Town Hall, with volunteers fanning out to take part in a slew of projects, including a tree planting project at Blatnick Park intended to provide extra shade around the park’s splash pad.
