Watermelon Day returns to the Enterprise Farmers Market on Saturday, June 28, from 7 a.m. until noon, promising a morning filled with juicy delights, lively contests, and community fun.
While fresh watermelon takes center stage, over 30 local vendors will be on hand with a colorful selection of peak-season produce including cantaloupes, tomatoes, peppers, squash, onions, potatoes, and more. Shoppers can also browse handmade crafts, featuring unique jewelry, woodwork, embroidery, soaps, and other artisanal items.
Vendor booths open at 7 a.m., with a welcome ceremony at 8 a.m. featuring Enterprise Mayor William E. Cooper, local area queens, and special appearances by the 2025 National Watermelon Queen Elanie Mason and 2025 Gulf Coast Wa
