If you haven’t done so already, circle the date Tuesday, June 3 on your calendar.

That’s when The Columbian will host its second annual All-Region Sports Awards Ceremony. The event is scheduled from 6-8 p.m. at The Hilton in downtown Vancouver.

Last June, The Columbian hosted its first All-Region Sports Awards Ceremony before an overflow crowd at the historic Kiggins Theatre in Vancouver.

The standing-room-only crowd of nearly 400 was the largest attended event held at the Kiggins under its present management.

Moving the event to The Hilton gives us a bigger room, with guaranteed seating for 500.

But we still expect demand to be high for this event, so here is what you need to know.
