Harvard University tonight filed an amended complaint in its federal suit against the regime's effort to block its international students over the Convicted Felon in Chief's Wednesday "proclamation" to ban anybody coming into the country to study at Harvard, no matter what courts say.
And not long after, US District Court Judge Allison Burroughs, overseeing Harvard's litigation, issued another temporary restraining order barring regime minions from revoking the visas of people entering the country to attend Harvard.
Burroughs set a June 16 hearing at which to consider issuing a longer preliminary injunction after concluding Harvard proved "it will sustain immediate and irreparable injury before there is an opportunity to hear from all parties."
