Several thousand spectators will gather in downtown Tulsa this weekend for the Super Bowl on two wheels, or NASCAR without motors.
The Saint Francis Tulsa Tough cycling event is set for Friday and ends Sunday. It’s a three-day cycling festival held annually and is one of the largest cycling events in the country, including criterium races for amateurs and pros, non-competitive Fondo rides and a family-friendly ride.
Tulsa Tough launched in 2006 and is a top attraction for the city. It was established to create a positive image for Tulsa and has become perhaps the most well-known criterium in the country.
