BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - New surveillance video may be the break Birmingham Police need to solve the deadly shooting of 60-year-old Frank Jackson , who was killed last month.

Police say Jackson was sitting inside his car at the 6th Avenue Meat and Grocery Store in Titusville when someone shot him May 5. Authorities believe someone shot him before running away.

Now, investigators say they have a person of interest in the case.

The person in the photo appears to be wearing khaki pants and a dark hoodie.

If you recognize them, police want to hear from you.

While Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama says the new video is valuable, they still need you to speak up.
