SPARTANBURG -- Wofford College's annual Honors Convocation on May 16, presenting awards recognizing the achievements of dozens of students as well as several faculty and staff.

The ceremony, held in the Jerry Richardson Indoor Stadium, introduced Margeaux Stapleton '26, a biology and Spanish double major from Leesville, South Carolina, as Wofford's 2025-26 Presidential International Scholar.

The honorees included Lilly Reese Williams, Florence, who was one of the recipients of the "Heart of the Terrier" Leadership Award.

Academic departments bestowed honors of scholastic achievement, and the college also presented leadership, service and citizenship awards, including to Campus Union student government leadership and the Senior Order of Gnomes.
