(KRON) -- One person is in custody after an early morning collision involving an SUV driver at Edgewater Park, said the Foster City Police Department.

Foster City PD said its officers determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Police said the driver was booked into county jail.

Foster City police did not disclose the exact time and location of the incident.
