CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- On Thursday, protesters rallied outside the Rotunda because they say UVA Health has taken a step back from offering gender-affirming care.

The suspension for gender-affirming care was reversed by a federal judge in February, but activists say the Board of Visitors is still turning patients away.
