We all need some low-stakes escapism every now and again, and one supremely addictive show promises to provide exactly that as it returns for its third season this week.

The Netflix sitcom Ginny & Georgia follows the titular mother and daughter duo (played by Antonia Gentry and Brianne Howey) who we meet when they’re putting down roots and trying to start afresh in a suburban Massachusetts town – before things take a rather dark turn, and it’s revealed this family has some skeletons in the closet.

Critics and audiences alike have pretty much all been in agreement over the first two seasons that it’s a sensational watch, even if for... well... not the usual reasons.
