SUMMERVILLE — The S.C. Highway Patrol arrested a North Charleston man in the fatal hit-and-run collision that killed a local musician and public employee in April.

Terrell Darrel Crawford, 37, was booked into the Dorchester County Detention Center on June 5, Cpl. Nick Pye of Highway Patrol said. Jail records show that Crawford was charged with driving under suspension and the felony offense of hit-and-run resulting in death.
