Echo Park -- Rob Sato , a longtime Echo Park resident and artist, presents Earthquake Country at Subliminal Projects, a solo show featuring new drawings, paintings, and textile collaborations.

Known for his detailed and surreal work in illustration and animation, including projects like The Midnight Gospel and Beavis and Butt-Head, Sato reflects on the chaos and calm of everyday life through dream-inspired imagery. The exhibit also includes pieces made with local artists who helped bring his work to life in fabric.

"This body of work is marked by a period of trying to commune with the world I encounter every day,” he says.
