On Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at approximately 2245 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot in front of 345 W. 42 nd Street, within the confines of the MTS / 14 th Precinct in Manhattan.

Upon arrival, officers observed an unidentified adult male with a gunshot wound to the head.

The victim was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals / Bellevue in critical condition, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.

Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.
