CAZENOVIA, N.Y. — The upper and lower falls at Delphi Falls County Park in Madison County is open to the public for the first time since 2023. The reopening comes after significant landscaping and construction projects to improve the quality of the park.

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on June 5, 2025 to celebrate the completion of the park's renovations.

Visitors can now access the lower falls using the ADA accessible trail, use new bathrooms, and enjoy the newly built multi-use building named Cascades Hall.

“The completion of this project and the full opening of Delphi Falls has been a long time coming,” said Madison County Board Chairman James J.
