Another one of Sean "Diddy" Combs' former romantic companions on June 6 continued her testimony in his sex-crimes trial. Over the course of two days, she has repeatedly described how he allegedly leveraged his financial power to ensure she did his bidding, which included having sex with escorts despite her wishes.
As Jane retook the stand at the end of the trial's fifth week, prosecutors homed in on claims that Combs operated a multi-state criminal enterprise involving sex trafficking and narcotics distribution. She testified that Combs would run out of drugs "various times" during their "hotel nights," also known as "freak offs," often relying on security, assistants or a butler to resupply. She recalled transporting ecstasy for him, saying she "didn't feel safe" delivering drug-filled packages for Combs in her checked luggage.
She also described how Combs would recruit escorts, and at one point found one "entertainer" from watching pornography, who was paid up to $4,000 to have sex with Jane as Combs looked on. She testified that Combs would direct her to get explicit photos of the men.
Combs, 55, was arrested in September 2024 and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty.
Read on for everything Jane revealed in her second day of testimony.
Jane reveals Diddy still pays for her rent
As the day was coming to a close, Jane dropped a bombshell that drew gasps in the overflow room.
When asked where she currently lives, she told prosecutor Maurene Comey it's the same home from when Combs was sending her $10,000 each month as part of their "love contract." And how is she paying that rent now?
"Sean" Combs, she said.
Diddy paid for Jane's house, veneers
On the stand, Jane recalled an alleged exchange in which Combs leveraged his power over her finances.
The courtroom heard a text conversation from Aug. 4, 2023, in which Combs asked her if they were "getting freaky tonight." When she responded, "Of course, I just haven't seen you," he replied: "Well, get over it please. Look at the roof over your head and that pretty smile. I don’t want to do anything if that’s still an issue."
Not only did he pay for her $10,000 per month rent, he also got her veneers because he didn't like her teeth, Jane testified.
Jane told Diddy she wasn't 'a sex robot'
Another time he allegedly threatened to revoke her allowance was in August 2023, when she'd reneged on her offer to do an "all-star party" — a night with three or four other men — because her period had started early.
Though Jane sent photo evidence that she was menstruating, he responded by saying he was "mad" and texted her, "Don't ask for money again."
"I wanted to prove to him that I really wasn’t available,” she said on the stand. She continued to text him, "I’m not a liar, a cheater or a sex robot."
Diddy offered to make up for Jane's birthday, only to invite more escorts
Jane read her Feb. 22, 2023, journal entries off her Notes app, which addressed Combs directly. They said: "You lied because you want to use me for the night" and "Anything outside of these hotels I’m a joke to you."
After Jane and Combs' period of silence following her jealousy over his Turks and Caicos trip with another woman, he offered a make-up trip for her birthday to the islands, Jane said. She met him in Miami and was dismayed to see his text asking her to "plan a night of debauchery and fun, then straight to the airport." She responded: "No, I just want us."
Though she was under the impression there would be no other men for the trip, Combs allegedly turned to her while they were watching porn and asked if she wanted to invite one of the sex workers they've hired before. She agreed only because "I became accustomed to the rhythm of things and wanted to make him happy," she testified.
Jane describes Diddy's disappointment over her not being able to perform after a 24-hour 'freak-off'
Once Combs and Jane had arrived in Turks and Caicos, she said, he'd announced two days in that one of their usual sex workers would be arriving. "We had another one of those long nights," Jane testified, clarifying afterward that they'd had sex for 24 hours.
When they returned to their villa, however, Combs still wanted more, according to Jane. So they invited the sex worker over for what she called "a fourth round," but "it was just really painful" for Jane because "I was extremely sore at that point."
Combs tried to get her to continue by using lubrication on her, but when he made a crass comment about how she couldn't continue, Jane got angry and threw the bracelet he'd gifted her at the wall. After she stormed off to cry, Jane said, Combs followed her yelling, "Are you crazy? How could you make me look like that in front of Paul?" He then instructed her to apologize to the sex worker, which she did over text.
She'd texted the man, in part, that "It had been 24 hours with no breaks for me. I’m not a robot."
Jane had told Diddy her true feelings about 'hotel nights' for years
Jane testified that near the end of her relationship with Combs, he said he wasn’t aware of how she was feeling about how their relationship had devolved.
At first, she believed him. But then she went through the Notes application on her phone, which she'd used as a journal, and she had been telling him since November 2021 that she felt bad about the "hotel nights."
"I see what I'm turning into in your eyes. I need a breather and a break from you. This doesn't make me feel good at all," Jane had previously messaged him.
Diddy called Jane 'nuts' in voice memo
Jane went on to describe a time when she'd allegedly confronted Combs about how he was treating her.
After her the "hotel" night for her birthday in 2023, Jane said, she saw an Instagram post showing Combs taking another woman to Turks and Caicos for her birthday, and they got in a fight over text. "I felt mistreated that I was just there for a hotel night and he was giving this other woman quality time that I was begging for," Jane testified.
"It broke my heart because I just finished spending my birthday with all these guys having sex with me for him to make this romantic gesture with someone else," she said.
Prosecutors played a voice memo, featuring an expletive, that Combs apparently sent to Jane calling her "nuts." Jane testified that he would call her crazy all the time.
At the end of their text exchange, Combs wrote, "Let’s just don’t do anything anymore. I’m tired of you throwing sex in my face … let's just be friends."
She replied, "You're on this trip and breaking up with me? That’s how you want to make me feel? … How you're treating me is so cold. I feel terrible right now." They didn't speak for nearly two weeks afterward, Jane testified.
Jane says Diddy paid cash to male sex workers
On the stand, Jane was also asked about the exchange of money with the entertainers. Combs would often call Kristina Khorram, also known as "KK," or Combs' security to bring cash to the hotels. After that, "cash would appear" and it was always "a good amount."
After she was finished having sex with the men, Jane was told to wait in the bedroom while Combs paid the entertainers and walked them out. "I don’t remember a time they didn’t receive money," Jane said.
Jane told Diddy 'I really can’t do this' with certain male sex workers
Jane spoke at length about two occasions when Combs arranged entertainers that "were not attractive to me" or that she was "repulsed by." She would let the men touch her and see her naked — and do her best to make small talk and be polite — but she would then pull Combs aside to say, "I really can’t do this." Both times, Jane said Combs was "confused" and "agitated," but told the men to leave.
On the first occasion in Los Angeles, Combs called another man to the hotel to have sex with Jane, she said. The second time in New York, Jane felt bad and asked Cabral to come over to the Trump Hotel instead. Within a couple hours, Cabral was flown from Atlanta to New York to have sex with Jane. Combs reimbursed her for the flight.
Jane remembers flying to New York for that trip, with the promise that she and Combs were just going to have a romantic getaway together to have dinners and go shopping. On the flight over, Combs texted her, "Can we have entertainment tonight?"
"I felt disappointed," Jane said on the stand. "I just felt this weight over me, like a balloon popped." That night, after she arrived in New York, she took a picture of the hotel as she was instructed to wait in an SUV for 40 minutes. She snapped a photo of a room lit up in red — which she knew was the room being prepared for her.
Jane describes mood of Combs during 'freak off' hotel nights
During most "freak offs," Combs was "super happy," but Jane said on other occasions he would be "upset." Combs often gave Jane instructions, and those included "how to use the baby oil on the man and how to touch myself while that was happening." He would instruct her to be in "the same position for many hours," she said. Jane testified that Combs would also tell her, "Do you wanna take it? Do you wanna stroke it, or just let it drip?" also recalling him saying to "touch yourself."
"On command?" she would respond. Jane said he never recorded her while she was sober; she was always on ecstasy or molly. When asked by federal prosecutor Comey, "Did you act like you enjoyed it?" Jane responded: "Yes, I wanted to put on a good show for Sean."
There were always "hours and hours of foreplay" and "lots of sex," Jane testified, as well as a lot of fantasy talk and roleplaying. Jane said she agreed to do all of this because "I loved him deeply."
Prosecutors ask Jane to identify images of herself with male sex workers from Diddy hotel nights
During her testimony, Jane was asked to identify several explicit images of herself with male sex workers: Don, Cabral, Paul and Leo. Federal prosecutors asked whether Combs was present during all those occasions, and she said yes. Jane was asked how often Combs would record the hotel nights, and she replied, "Almost every time" using his iPhone.
"He wouldn't really say anything. He'd just start recording." If he did say anything, he'd say, "'It's just for me' or 'it's just for us.'"
Diddy reprimanded Jane about removing nipple piercings, she says
Jane talked about how she always wanted to be on point with her glam, including nails, hair, tan, shoes and outfits. She would wear "high, high heels, like for stripper girls" and she would be told by Combs to wear them "the entire night." Because of all the baby oil used, "I just remember my feet being really sticky and oily," and she recalled slipping a couple of times.
Around the end of 2022 or early 2023, Combs told her to get her nipples pierced. "He said that would really turn him on, and that's what he wanted from his girl," she said. Jane compared it to a rodent biting on her nipples really hard, and she said the piercings "snagged and bled and got infected." When she took them out, "he was OK with it at first," but then he got impatient and wanted them back. Jane recalled that Combs would say, "Where are my piercings?"
Jane says she experienced back, shoulder pain from hotel nights and had frequent UTIs
During the hotel nights, Jane described how she often experienced back and shoulder pain from "the position he liked" her to be in. Typically, he wanted her to be "at the edge of a seat or the bed," she said, and she carried on "because that's what my partner wanted to see."
Jane said she commonly got yeast infections and frequently had UTIs "almost every week," which included "burning and constant urination." She testified that she would use antibiotics to alleviate the symptoms. But there were occasions where she didn't fully recover before having to do the next hotel night. She said her vagina would become sore 100% of the time. Did she ever tell Combs? "Probably not. I just didn't want to indicate any negativity," Jane said.
Diddy accuser Jane recounts alleged forced sexual encounters on her birthday
During her testimony, Jane sobbed while describing her birthday in 2023. Combs invited her to Miami to celebrate, and Jane said Combs told her that "we would have birthday vibes, just me and him." They planned to have dinner, sex between the two of them and togetherness, and she told him she didn't want to do a hotel night. "We were at a sushi place. I dressed up for him. I was so happy to be with my love," she said of their night at celebrity sushi hotspot Nobu. Jane recalled Combs saying he was excited for the entertainment that night. "I had a gulp moment … I said like, 'Entertainer?' He said, 'Yes, it's your birthday, we should try something new.'"
Jane said they went to a hotel room and Combs gave her a necklace. Then, a man came. Jane said she was acting robotically: "I just feel like at this point I've done so many of these. I just know how to tune it out. I just turn on this person and begin."
She continued: "I just put my thoughts away. I just tune into somebody that can just perform this and get into it."
She said this person was a stranger: "It was even more of an invasive moment because it was my birthday, and I didn't want to do this on my birthday." She asked for a condom, and Combs gave her a dirty look and told her, "You better not" ask for one.
Jane said she tried to play it off like she didn't hear him, and he turned around, grabbed it and gave it to the guy. She said that "(Combs) hated it. He was so disinterested. He was just like walking away," Jane said of the disgraced Bad Boy Records founder. After, they switched rooms and went to a bigger suite.
"He shifted his energy. He was more loving," she said. There was cake and flowers, and he gave her a bracelet, and there were drinks, flowers and balloons. "We had that rare bit of alone time," she said. And then "Sly," a male escort they had previous encounters with, showed up. This went on for hours, and by the time Sly left, it was morning. Then, Combs said another escort, Don, was coming. "I reacted like it was nothing, but inside I hated it," Jane testified.
Diddy requested explicit photos of escorts, Jane Doe says
The gallery isn't allowed to see the text messages, to protect Jane Doe's identity, but she read some messages aloud. Jane would text Sly things like "I'm so horny" and "I need you."
"I was trying to flirt with him so he would send explicit videos or photos because that's what my partner wanted," she testified. In one text from 2021, Jane said, "What's your full name and DOB? I'm so horny right now." Jane said she needed to book his travel, which is why she needed the information. "She's booking," she texted Sly, referring to Combs' travel agent Jess, who was booking his flight.
In some texts in 2022, Sly would write, "Miss ya baby" or "What's up beautiful? How are you?" But Jane said when she was alone and not with Combs, she would either ignore their texts or she would be "bland" in her responses. "When I'm in my sober mind and reading these messages, it's just not something I really want to see,” Jane testified.
There were two other familiar escorts named "Paul" and "Don." Otherwise, Combs coordinated the other entertainers. For a lot of their relationship, Jane and Combs' "freak offs" would happen every week or every other week, she said. But from February 2024 until Combs' arrest in September, they had only about five hotel nights in total.
Racketeering case begins to take shape, as Jane reveals details
When Jane first met Sly in person, he was "very sweet," she said. "It was cute, he was nervous just like me," she testified. Jane said she was up front with him that it was her and her partner, and he was fine with that, she said. They went to the L'ermitage Beverly Hills hotel and went through the "same routine" of "freak offs" where she put on an outfit, the oils would come out, she would dance, there would be foreplay and there would be sex; meanwhile, Combs was "masturbating," she said. The rapper "was really happy and saying positive things."
Jane said she would routinely call Sly if she had the choice, "because he was familiar, he felt like a safe option to me." The money varied, she said: Sometimes Combs would pay Sly $2,000, but sometimes it would be as much as $4,000. If Jane paid using a digital app, Combs would reimburse her, but oftentimes Combs paid in cash.
The jury heard about another escort whose stage name was Anton Harris. With both escorts, Jane would FaceTime them while she was having "sexy time" with Combs. But when they were on FaceTime, she always told the men she was alone. "I didn't want them to feel uncomfortable," she said, always screen mirroring her phone to the TV with Combs watching to the side.
Combs asked for pictures of the men's genitals "lots of times," Jane said. She would tell them, "My partner wanted to see explicit photos," after Combs told her, "Get them to send you something," Jane said.
Diddy's ex recalls recruiting adult entertainer Sly after watching porn with Combs
"I didn't like being surprised with any new stranger," Jane said of escorts, "I hated it." She said she started thinking to herself, "If we're going to be doing this, I should just choose who's going to be on my body." She recalled watching pornography with Combs, and a specific entertainer that both of them liked who went by the name "Sly."
In adult films he went by Sly, and Jane gave him the nickname "chef."
"After I got to know him a little bit better, I realized he had a passion for cooking and he was a private chef on the side," Jane testified, recalling one instance in which she and Combs discussed the size of Sly's penis.
Jane said Combs encouraged her interest in him, and when she later FaceTimed Sly and things got "hot and steamy," the music mogul watched on and masturbated. After that FaceTime session, Jane scheduled Sly's flight and trip to LA, which Combs reimbursed her for.
Jane details drug-laced 'freak offs'
Jane testified about how Combs would run out of drugs "various times" during "freak offs," and would call security guards, assistants or a butler to restore his supply. The drugs often included ecstasy, molly and cocaine. There was a man named "Guido" that Combs would call a few times who would bring Xanax, Jane said, explaining she would take the drug because "I just wanted to fall right asleep" and "needed something heavy to knock me out" after taking so many other drugs.
She also recalled a couple of instances in which she carried drugs for Combs, both in 2022. Once, she was taking a flight from Los Angeles to meet him in Miami. Combs asked her to pick up a package from his Beverly Hills residence before meeting him for the flight. Jane called Kristina "KK" Khorram, Combs' chief of staff, who said security would come out and give Jane the package upon arrival.
"I just asked her if this was safe and OK. She said, 'It's fine, I do it all the time, just put it in your checked luggage,'" she recalled on the stand. But "it didn't feel safe."
When she got the package, wrapped in a white envelope, she packed it in her luggage and gave it to Combs at his house when she arrived in Miami. The package had bottles with "color pills" inside that she later learned were ecstasy. Jane took them to "start partying" to prepare for a "freak off," she said. A couple weeks later, Jane was told to do the same thing again.
Texts from Jane reveal resistance to 'freak offs'
Jane also testified about a lengthy text she sent Combs in September 2023, where she told him she was feeling "disgusted with myself" and felt their relationship had turned dark and sleazy. She wished they could go back to when they first started dating, and one night of fun had turned into their entire relationship, she said in the text.
She felt like the only reason he was with her was because she was doing these "hotel nights," the texts revealed. "I don't want to lose the roof over my head," the text, which she and the prosecutor read from the stand, said, continuing: "I'm crying as I write this."
He had been paying her $10,000 rent in Los Angeles for five months, she said. "I don't want to feel obligated to perform these nights with you," she texted. "Girl stop," he replied.
Jane recalls trying to get Diddy to go sober, throwing up amid 'freak off'
One night in 2023, Jane said she and Combs had what they called a "sobriety party." She was concerned about Combs' health and said he was "excessively partying" and taking pills every day. Jane really wanted him to get sober, she said, and Combs pushed for one last hotel night.
The freak off took place at L'Ermitage Hotel, she testified. She didn't use any drugs, but he used ecstasy and cocaine. "Too long," she said of the length of the party, which she said lasted about 12-18 hours. Jane said she went into the bathroom and threw up, and Combs came in and told her, "That's good. Now you feel better, so let's go because the third guy is here."
She then emerged from the bathroom and had sex with the third guy. "I hated it so much. I was disgusted, repulsed and so mad at myself for doing that," she said on the stand.
Jane says one 'freak off' lasted 3 days
On the stand, Jane revealed their longest "freak off" lasted three to three and a half days. It was on New Year's 2022, she said, telling jurors she didn't get to sleep and used ecstasy, caffeine, water and protein shakes to stay awake and keep her energy up.
She said she didn't want the escorts to use drugs. "I didn't know how they would be on my body. I didn't want them to be out of control while they were with me," Jane said on the stand.
Court hears 'freak off' audio of Diddy ordering Jane to have sex without condoms
On the stand, Jane recounted a night at a hotel with an "entertainer," or escort, named "Don," and jurors heard audio of Combs instructing them not to wear a condom. She said she told Combs she wanted to wear condoms, and he was fine with that, but his tone changed the night of.
When Combs gruffly instructed her to touch herself, she took that to mean, "If you don't just move on from this, then forget about it."
"My request was going to be denied," she said, adding that she figured she just needed to move forward. Asked why she felt she needed Combs' permission to wear a condom when somebody was having sex with her body, she began to cry and replied: "I don't know. I'm still trying to process that."
"Because I didn't want to disappoint my lover," she said, testifying that if she didn't follow Combs' orders, "he would be unhappy. He would just not be in a good mood or satisfied with the night."
Through tears, Jane details alleged forced sexual encounters
During the sex sessions with "entertainers," Jane said it always ended with "them finishing on me." Jane and Combs would have sex immediately after, and she testified that he wouldn't let her clean the ejaculation off her body. Jane said, "That's not what he wanted. He just wanted me to stay like that and have sex with all of that around us." She said she would usually have to do between one and three rounds with each entertainer, and Combs would dictate how many rounds they would go.
"Who decided you could stop when you were tired?" the prosecution asked. Jane broke down on the stand. "Sean," she said, through tears.
"I just need one second," she said, her voice cracking as she grabbed a handkerchief to wipe her eyes. "I would just give my subtle cues when I was tired."
Jane told prosecutors she would tell Combs she was hungry, lie down or give him "small faces" or "subtle gestures" to indicate that she was tired. In response, Jane testified that "(Combs) would say, 'You're not getting tired on me, are you? Let's finish strong, let's end on a high note.'" Why didn't she just say she was done for the night? Jane's voice broke as she responded, "I don't know," sobbing again.
Jane Doe says Diddy looked 'disgusted' when she would cry during alleged forced sex encounters
During her testimony, Jane said Combs would give her ecstasy if she was tired "a lot, but it varied." When asked by prosecutors if she ever cried after these hotel nights, she said on two occasions. There was one night at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Beverly Hills, California, early in their relationship. Jane said she thought they were having a date night, just the two of them, but Combs told her they were going to have an entertainer "for a little bit." She testified that, instead, "it ended up being 18 hours of that."
Jane mentioned that at one point in the night, she had just finished three rounds with an entertainer: "I was just so high and so lonely and so sad, and I just started crying." After she finished with the entertainer, Combs said he was going to head out: "I felt terrible that he was going to leave me alone." In response, Combs said, "'Are you crying?' He looked almost disgusted with my face," Jane said on the stand. Afterward, "he just started playing music and smoking and he had me sit next to him. I just remember clinging onto him. After a night like that, I just wanted to be in his arms."
Jane recalls freak offs, blacking out
Jane recalled another incident on a night when she was blacking out a lot, acknowledging her memory was spotty. After going to a hotel and having sex with an entertainer named "Paul," she remembered crying in the shower with Combs. "Don't do that right now. I'm ... high. I can't see that right now, I'm too high," she recalled him telling her.
Asked who did most of the work during freak offs, Jane said, through tears: "Me. It was just all me from start to finish." To try and get it over with sooner, "I'd try to have sex with them as soon as I could," she said, adding she rushed so it could go back to being just her and Combs. But Combs "didn't like that," Jane said. Whenever she would try to speed up foreplay, "he'd ask me to slow things down," she said.
Who did Diddy date after Cassie? 'Jane' testifies
Jane, a social media content creator who dated Combs on-and-off from 2021 to 2024, will remain anonymous in the courthouse – a request granted by Judge Arun Subramanian, who has explicitly warned jurors and court attendees against sharing information that could reveal her identity.
Jane, a single mother who prosecutors claim was roped into Combs' alleged empire of sex parties and abuse, has a child with one of Combs' rivals, she testified June 5.
Anonymous witnesses risk being identified in Diddy trial
Jane is following in the footsteps of "Mia," a former employee of Combs who has accused the rapper of assault and also testified under a pseudonym.
After her testimony wrapped, however, several outlets published Mia's real name online, a practice generally avoided by newspapers and magazines at the urging of the courts.
Prosecutors also alerted the judge that an individual inside the courtroom had broadcast the proceedings, using Mia's name and later outing her again on his YouTube channel. The person was banned from the courtroom.
Who is 'KK'? Former critical Diddy staffer Kristina Khorram could testify
Federal prosecutors on June 5 referred to Combs' former staffer Kristina Khorram as "an agent and co-conspirator" of Combs.
That doesn't mean she's about to face charges: Instead, it indicates she's likely reached an agreement with prosecutors and will testify. Combs previously called Khorram his "right hand" in business ventures.
The designation also comes as prosecutors submitted a text from Ventura Fine to Khorram about the alleged 2016 balcony incident in which Combs attacked Bryana "Bana" Bongolan. The message from Ventura Fine said Combs "went at Bana, choked her, dangled her feet off the balcony. This is crazy. I have to get away."
She told the court that at the beginning of their relationship, "I was very open that I had dated someone who was very close to him. My child's father and him had some dislikes with each other." The prosecution clarified that her child's father was "someone that did not get along with Sean."
She agreed and said Combs had dismissed it, saying it "didn't matter" to him.
Diddy accused courtroom sketch artist of making him look 'like a koala bear'
Before jurors returned from a lunch break on June 5, the gray-bearded hip-hop mogul turned to face courtroom sketch artist Jane Rosenberg in the first row to make an unusual request.
"Soften me up a bit; you're making me look like a koala bear," Combs said, according to Rosenberg.
Judge threatens to remove Diddy from court
Shortly after the jury was excused for lunch on June 5, the judge admonished Combs and alleged he was trying to influence them.
Speaking to Combs' attorney Marc Agnifilo, Subramanian said, "I was very clear there were not to be any facial expressions or any attempts to influence the jury."
He said that during the cross-examination of Bongolan, Combs "was looking at the jury and nodding vigorously." The federal judge said if that happened again, even one more time, he would speak to the jury about it and may have Combs removed from the courtroom for the duration of the trial.
Did Trump pardon Diddy?
No, despite recently handing down a flurry of pardons, including one for reality stars Todd and Julie Chrisley, Trump did not include Combs on that list.
But that doesn't mean he can't.
When will the Diddy trial end?
Combs' trial is expected to last for approximately eight weeks in total.
Judge Arun Subramanian, who's presiding over the sex-crimes trial in New York, has said he's hopeful proceedings will wrap up by the July 4 holiday.
Is Diddy still in jail?
The disgraced music mogul remains in custody, and, despite repeated attempts at bail, has remained confined to the Special Housing Unit in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center. He has been in jail since his arrest on Sept. 16, 2024.
What are the charges against Diddy?
Combs is facing federal sex-crimes and trafficking charges in a sprawling lawsuit that has eroded his status as a power player and kingmaker in the entertainment industry.
He was arrested in September 2024 and later charged with racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. The rapper has pleaded not guilty to all five counts against him.
Racketeering meaning
Racketeering is the participation in an illegal scheme under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Statute, or RICO, as a way for the U.S. government to prosecute organizations that contribute to criminal activity.
Using RICO law, which is typically aimed at targeting multi-person criminal organizations, prosecutors allege that Combs coerced victims, some of whom they say were sex workers, through intimidation and narcotics to participate in "freak offs" — sometimes dayslong sex performances that federal prosecutors allege they have video of.
Where can I watch the Diddy trial?
The trial will not be televised, as cameras are typically not allowed in federal criminal trial proceedings.
