U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) is putting forward a bill he believes will help propel America’s energy dominance, while also giving more choices to American consumers.

The Energy Choice Act of 2025 would bar states and local governments from taking away consumer choice and work toward advancing President Trump’s vision of unleashing American energy. Tuberville was joined by U.S. Senators Jim Justice (R-W.Va.) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) in introducing the legislation.
