The Beachwood City School District will receive $27 million from the Warrensville Heights City School District as settlement regarding the Chagrin Highlands development project, dating back to 1997. The board passed Resolution 242, authorizing and approving a settlement agreement with the Warrensville Heights City School District Board of Education at the Beachwood City School District Board of Education meeting June 5.
