The Manitoba government has launched MB Ready, a centralized online portal designed to provide information and updates during emergencies.

The new site was announced Thursday by Transportation and Infrastructure Minister Lisa Naylor, who is also responsible for the Emergency Management Organization (EMO). The portal is intended to give Manitobans access to real-time information and details on government support during emergency situations.

According to the province, MB Ready will be managed by the EMO and will continue to expand over the coming months with additional features aimed at improving accessibility and public communication.

In a statement, Naylor said the tool will help Manitobans stay connected and informed during critical events.
