The owners of a Music Row site once eyed for an apartment building are seeking to sell the property for an undisclosed asking price.

Music Row Developments LLC, which includes business partners Moni Advani and Kevin Woods, owns the property, with an address of 1107 17th Ave. S. The LLC paid approximately $9.45 million collectively for what had been multiple properties (before consolidation), according to Davidson County Register of Deeds document.

The property seemingly offers six buildings, occupied collectively by a handful of small businesses.
