LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Home prices in the Las Vegas area showed signs of stabilizing in May as the number of listings increased, shifting the market toward buyers, according to a local industry group.
The median price for existing single-family homes sold in Southern Nevada last month was $480,000, per the group Las Vegas Realtors.
That figure is unchanged from this past April and down from the all-time high of $485,000, which was set in the first three months of 2025.
For condominiums and townhomes, the median price in May was $307,000, up 4.1% from a year ago but short of the record high of $315,000 set in October last year.
