MUNCIE, IN — More than three months after they were arrested , two Muncie residents have been charged with multiple counts of neglecting their children.

Melody Rose Greenwood, 39, and Adam Jon Greenwood, 36, were each charged Thursday in Delaware Circuit Court 4 with 13 felony charges: neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury, criminal confinement, battery on a person under the age of 14 years old and 10 counts of neglect of a dependent.

The two most serious charges filed against each parent by Delaware County Prosecutor Eric Hoffman's office are Level 3 felonies carrying up to 16 years in prison.
