A 31-YEAR-OLD man from Cirencester has been charged with strangling a woman.

Jordan Griffin, of Meadow Close, Cirencester, is alleged to have intentionally strangled the woman between December 1, 2023 and December 31 that year.

The offence is alleged to have happened in Swindon.

Griffin appeared at Swindon Magistrates Court on Tuesday, June 3.

The case was adjourned to December 2 this year at the same court.

Griffin was released on conditional bail.
