MANTON — On June 4, three juveniles reported a suspicious incident involving a male suspect at Lake Billings Dam in Manton.
The juveniles noticed a male standing on the north side of the dam who, after a brief conversation, pulled out what appeared to be a handgun and pointed it at them. The suspect is described as a teenager with a deep voice, wearing a red shirt, gray sweatpants, a cowboy hat, and blue Crocs.
The Michigan State Police (MSP) Cadillac Post is investigating the incident and is seeking public assistance in locating the suspect.
