ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Residents of a townhome complex in Oakland City are demanding action from city leaders, claiming they are being forced out despite having paid rent.

Tenants of the Bolden Townhomes, located at 1240 Oakland Drive, claim they have been living in unsafe conditions with little to no response from the property’s owner, Bolden Capital Group.

Residents allege widespread mold and sewer issues have gone unresolved, and that their utilities, mail delivery, and trash pickup have been shut off in an effort to drive them out of their homes.
