The Valley is set to warm up today with a high of 103. The average temperature for today is 102, so this is slightly above average for this time of year. However, temperatures will rise well above average into the weekend. This will bring in a moderate heat risk this weekend into early next week.
A high of 106 is expected on Saturday and then 108 on Sunday. The most recent time we hit 108 degrees was Oct. 8 of last year.
