Two teenagers were arrested and taken to a hospital for evaluation after police said they carjacked a vehicle.
Shortly after 8:30 p.m., Baltimore police said the Eastern District received a hit for a license plate reader that notified them of a carjacked vehicle.
Officers then found the vehicle and followed it to the unit block of North Guilford Avenue.
Police said a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old bailed from the vehicle but were quickly caught by officers.
The teens were arrested and then taken to a hospital, police said.
