WASHINGTON (TNND) — Elon Musk backed down from a threat to decommission a space capsule NASA relies on to transport astronauts and supplies back and forth from the International Space Station in a high-profile feud with President Donald Trump that included a flurry of insults and threats from each side.

Musk’s threat to take SpaceX’s Dragon capsule out of commission came after Trump suggested the government might cut billions in government contracts spread across the several companies the tech billionaire and former cost-cutting chief oversees.
