Mohamed Sabry Soliman , the 45-year-old suspect in the Boulder, Colorado, terror attack, has been charged with 118 counts, including attempted murder and assault. The charges stem from an incident on Sunday (June 1) when Soliman allegedly threw Molotov cocktails into a group of people at the Pearl Street Mall, injuring 15 individuals and one dog.

Soliman is also facing a federal hate crime charge. The 20th Judicial District Attorney's Office filed the charges on Thursday (June 5). Soliman, originally from Egypt, overstayed his tourist visa and was living in the United States illegally. His wife and five children have been detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
