DUBUQUE, IA (KWWL)- Police are investigating a dead body found in a car.

On Thursday, June 5, police say they found the man in a parked car at the parking ramp at 110 W. 4th street.

According to a press release, the car had been parked there for a while. There is no threat in the area.
