(FOX40.COM) — AT&T has announced it is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for specific and detailed information that can lead to an arrest and conviction of copper cable thieves or anyone attempting to sell or purchase stolen copper cable across California.

According to AT&T Corporate Communications, the reward was announced on Thursday during a community gathering to raise awareness about copper theft and infrastructure vandalism in the state..
