WAMPSVILLE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- For the first time since 2023, Delphi Falls County Park is open to the public to visit both the upper and lower waterfalls.
Phase II construction of the project, which created a new gated entrance, public patio area and Cascades Hall, was started back in 2021.
A ribbon cutting was held on June 5, 2025, marking the completion of the two-phase development of the park. Along with the reopening of the falls, you can now use the new bathrooms and even check out the new multi-use building, Cascades Hall.
Cascades Hall was built where the previous house on the property once stood. It can be rented for a small fee by both public and private businesses to host small events such as meetings or small parties.
