With every mile, Casey Kidson is defying the storm of dystonia, refusing to let it control her or her passion for running.

Now a passionate runner and disability advocate, Kidson, a Kingstonian and PTS4 para-triathlete, is using her journey to challenge perceptions of what it means to live with dystonia. Through sport, community engagement, and her campaign Defying Dystonia, she’s not only reclaiming her freedom of movement but also raising awareness for a little-understood condition that affects thousands across Canada.
