CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A University Circle police officer is being honored nationally for her work in youth outreach.
Officer Gloria Mercado was selected for the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE), Civil Rights Outstanding Youth Services Justice by Action award.
