LINCOLN HEIGHTS, Ohio (WKRC) - The fatal shooting of a man inside a Lincoln Heights home was apparently the result of a relationship that had recently ended.
Timothy Shoulders is accused of shooting Terrell Howell in the face Thursday morning in his Byrd Street home.
Shoulders was arraigned on murder and felonious assault charges.
Det. Joe Bennett said Shoulders and Howell had been friends in a relationship that had recently ended.
He said the two had lived together and the shooting was the result of a property exchange that could have been avoided.
Howell asked Shoulders for his wallet and Shoulders allegedly pulled out a gun and shot Howell.
Bennett said there were witnesses who told them nothing physical happened before the shooting.
But an uncle claimed in court that the shootin
