CARROLL, N.H. —

A driver is safe after crashing into a moose on Route 302 in Bretton Woods on Thursday night.

Carroll police said the moose was killed in the crash.

The driver was not hurt.

Officials said while police were responding, they received a call for another moose along Route 302.

Police are reminding drivers to use caution and watch for moose.
