WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- There will be road work on Burdick Street in Watertown on Monday, June 9, at 8:00 a.m.

Burdick Street will be closed between Leray Street and Morrison Street and will reopen by the end of the day.

Construction workers will be controlling traffic by installing temporary barricades, signage and having on-site flagmen throughout the time of the project.

Drivers are urged to use different routes during construction or use extreme caution when traveling through the work zone.
