CHARLESTON — The three men arrested for having several automatic-style weapons on College of Charleston property were active-duty Air Force members and exempt from a law that bars weapons from school campuses, according to authorities.
Jorge Antonio Calvario, 22; A'tavious Sincere Flowers, 22; and J'marri Aisian McCall, 23; were arrested by campus police June 1 around 2:30 a.m. after officers found them allegedly intoxicated and asleep in a vehicle on the top level of a parking garage . Inside their vehicle, in plain view, were multiple automatic-style pistols, according to an incident report.
