FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - For a second day in a row, air quality will be poor as a result of wildfire smoke from Canada. It has now been a week since wildfire smoke arrived in the area. Those in sensitive groups should limit time outdoors for today and tomorrow as the Air Quality Alert has been extended into tomorrow.
Conditions this afternoon won’t be great, seasonal temperatures, mostly cloudy skies, and a few scattered showers remain. Conditions look to improve into the weekend as highs stay seasonal, but sunshine returns for the majority of the day tomorrow.
