DEDHAM, Maine — For generations, Jenkins' Beach has been a beloved summer destination on Green Lake. But as renovations continue for a third year, the beach will remain closed to the public for the 2025 season.

Established in 1940, Jenkins' Beach is now run by fourth-generation owner Julie Jenkins and her husband, Duncan Dwyer, who recently purchased the business from her father. Together the couple has made some significant upgrades to the property.

According to the Jenkins' Beach website , upgrades include modernized camps and cottages, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, and the addition of an environmental consultant to ensure the renovations protect the lake and its wildlife.
