WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) - A Warren man was indicted on additional charges after police said that he was accused of sending inappropriate pictures of himself to a 13-year-old girl.

According to court records, Domonic Rogers, 27, was indicted on charges of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, a fifth-degree felony; illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material/performance, a second-degree felony; and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

Police received a complaint in January that Rogers had asked the teen to send him inappropriate pictures of herself. Reports said that after the teen sent Rogers the pictures, he sent her inappropriate pictures of himself.

Police said that Rogers and the teen have known each other for several years.
