EAST LANSING, MI –– Michigan’s best high school golfers hit the links at Forest Akers West on Friday, June 6.

On the line?

The MHSAA D1 golf state championship.

Favorable weather, sunny and 60s, created opportunity for optimal success.

A slight wind drafted in and out of the course.

Golfers moved from tee box to fairway to green with great effort, vying for their place atop the standings.

The competition will carry on to Saturday, June 7, where a champion will be crowned.
