Nationwide Building Society has clarified the terms of its current account switching offer, with the back paying £200 to customers that change their main account.
Specifically, it will reward the money for those that move their main account to one of their FlexPlus, FlexDirect or FlexAccount current accounts.
On social media, one customer sought some clarification on how this change will impact those that pay money into their account.
On X, they wrote: "If I take advantage of the £200 switch, do I have to notify people who pay in of my bank details or do you contact them?"
At first, Nationwide encouraged them to check the group's website for information about this, but the individual said they had tried this and couldn't find the details.
The building society then wrote: "We’ll redire
