A Rock Springs couple have pleaded No Contest to charges connected to group sex acts engaged in with a teen over a period of at least a year. Cowboy State Daily reports that a plea agreement was filed this week in the case of 40-year-old Jennifer Renee Fahrney that Fahrney and her attorney signed. The plea agreement offers a 25 to 35 year prison sentence and the dismissal of 43 of the 66 felony charges. Fahrney’s boyfriend, 57-year-old Richard Allen Turner, had a plea agreement signed and filed on May 29th offering life in prison without parole on 5 of the original charges.
