LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Jefferson County Public Schools officials have announced that it will continue offering meals for families across the city for the summer.

JCPS School and Community Nutrition Services are offering meals at 119 sites. These locations include schools, parks, and community partners’ buildings and will open weekdays through July 25.

Free lunches will be available each weekday to children 18 and under at 38 mobile stops and 10 community partner locations. Free hot breakfasts and lunches will be served at 68 school sites.

Families who live in more rural areas of Jefferson County and don’t have easy access to the mobile, community partner, or school locations can pick up prepackaged meal boxes for each child at one of
