Seattle-based developer Timberlane Partners has announced plans for a residential project in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood, aiming to transform a mid-block property on the 3600 block of Woodland Park Avenue North. According to industry reports, the company has a contract to acquire three century-old rental buildings and intends to replace them with a seven-story development featuring 133 apartments and underground parking. Hewitt is the designer for the project. The development is slated to break ground in early 2027, with residents expected to begin moving in by late 2028.
