SEDALIA — The 35th Annual Dream Factory Mike Burkhalter Memorial Truck and Tractor Pull is Saturday. Organizer and Dream Factory Treasurer Linda Johnson describes how the event has changed over the years.

Johnson says the name of the tractor pull was changed after founder Mike's Burkhalter's death in 2007. In honor of the event's 35th anniversary, Johnson says the organizers got commemorative t-shirts that are dedicated to the Burkhalter family. Johnson tells KMZU more about the tractor pull’s namesake and origin.
