SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) -- Like most places, Utah has had its fair share of themed experiences, like restaurants and amusement parks. While places like the Mayan Adventure or the Hollywood Connection might exist fondly in memory, all good things must come to an end.

Some closed for financial reasons, others closed after being sold to turn a profit, and one business struggled to recover from a fire. Check out some of Utah's famous themed experiences that you can't visit anymore.

The Mayan Adventure
