VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A Virginia Beach man is facing multiple charges, including involuntary manslaughter, after a crash that killed another driver over the weekend.

The crash happened around 4 p.m. on May 24 in the 600 block of South Lynnhaven Road. According to Virginia Beach police, 57-year-old Eddie Feliciano was driving when his vehicle was hit by another car that ran a stop sign at Bowling Green Drive.

Feliciano was taken to a local hospital and later died from his injuries.

In a Friday update, police said they arrested 34-year-old Billy Fields of Virginia Beach. He is charged with involuntary manslaughter (DUI), DUI 1st offense, refusal of a blood/breath test, reckless driving and failure to obey a traffic sign.
