BALDWIN PARK, Calif. - Eduardo Roberto Medina-Berumen, 22, is set to be arraigned at the Pomona courthouse for the murder of Baldwin Park police officer Samuel Riveros and innocent citizen Darius Wong, following a tragic shooting incident last Saturday.
