Seattle’s only obstacle-course 5K happens right here in West Seattle, and it’s one of four events comprising tomorrow’s Loop the ‘Lupe (along with the 5K Fun Run, Senior Saunter , and Youth Dash ). If you’re already registered, you can pick up your packet 1-6 pm today at West Seattle Runner (2743 California SW). If not, you can sign up online right now !
